Discrete network dynamics. Part 1: Operator theory (update)

My paper Discrete Network Dynamics. Part 1: Operator Theory which I submitted to the Journal of Machine Learning Research turns out to be rather difficult to assign to reviewers. I just received an apologetic note from the action editor for my paper saying that the people who were the most suitable for reviewing my paper were unavailable for one reason or another. The reasons were not given, but I wonder whether it is because Information processing researchers don't like quantum field theory. I hope this is not the case, but I fear the worst.

Optimistically, at least this gives me some more time to extend and refine the ideas in the paper, before I write further papers in the DND sequence of papers.
